He can get financing for individuals lower than the going interest rate.Highest dollar per square ft in my subdivision and a one mile radius and was able to increase my appraised value by 11.7% above any other appraisal thus absorbing commissions and closing costs.Had many open houses and worked tirelessly to get my house sold.Quick easy closing.

Michael did a great job. He responded quickly and was willing to help. Due to circumstances out of my control I was not able to proceed with receiving help from Michael to find a buyer for my property.

I had a very disappointing experience working with Michael. Initially, he advised me that the property in question needed a complete rehab, both inside and out. Despite this clear warning, when I tried to discuss the market value and estimated rehab costs, he dismissed my concerns and told me to "get serious and don't waste time and get lost."When I expressed my intention to speak with his brokerage about the issues, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. This lack of respect and unwillingness to address my legitimate concerns was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning. It felt as though he was more interested in pushing a deal through rather than ensuring it was a sound investment for me.In summary, my experience with Michael was extremely unsatisfactory. His approach lacked professionalism, and his disregard for my questions and concerns was unacceptable. I would not recommend working with him based on my experience.
